LootMingle terms of use

LootMingle is a community listing hub for game resources, offers, requests, groups, servers, guides, and player connections. LootMingle is not affiliated with or endorsed by any game publisher, platform, server operator, or trademark owner unless stated otherwise.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use LootMingle. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use LootMingle only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.
User responsibility
Users are responsible for the listings they post, the messages they send, and the connections they make. You must follow each game, server, community, and platform's rules and terms of service.
No guaranteed outcomes
LootMingle does not guarantee listing accuracy, user identity, availability, exchanges, payments, trades, services, or outcomes. Use judgment before connecting with another player.
Prohibited activity
Do not post listings that promote scams, account theft, credential sharing, harassment, impersonation, malware, rule bypassing, or activity that violates a game or platform's terms. Do not post offers to buy or sell accounts, banned items, game currency, real-money trades, crypto payments, escrow arrangements, or any transaction that asks users to bypass game rules.
User content
You keep ownership of content you post, but you grant LootMingle a limited license to host, display, moderate, and distribute that content as needed to operate the service.
Moderation
LootMingle may remove listings, restrict access, or review accounts when content appears unsafe, misleading, abusive, or inconsistent with these terms.
Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how account and usage information is handled.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for users who abuse the service, violate these terms, or create safety risks for the community.
Liability
LootMingle is provided as-is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, LootMingle is not liable for user conduct, third-party content, game account actions, lost items, lost access, or indirect damages.
Safety
Never share passwords, recovery codes, private account details, or sensitive personal information. Report suspicious listings or users.
